Louise joined as Talent Manager in 2021 and specialises in recruiting and retaining creative and editorial talent across all of our productions and development. With a background in talent management and production, Louise uses her expertise to create and nurture effective production teams. She is passionate about improving representation across the industry and proactively recruits new and diverse talent.
