Leonora joined Windfall Films in 2019 to become their first Head of Business Affairs. Prior to Windfall, Leonora was the Head of Business and Commercial Affairs for current affairs and investigative production company Firecrest Films where she worked on undercover programming and access driven series.

Joining Windfall was a return to the world of science, engineering and specialist factual productions having spent near to a decade as the Head of Business Affairs at Pioneer Productions. During this period she worked on a diverse selection of UK and US programming including numerous fast turnarounds and internationally acclaimed programming. Specialising in multi territory co productions, Windfall was a natural fit for Leonora.
